The four-star hotel operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts hosts 277 guest rooms and retail stores, and has 142 luxury condominiums on the upper floors. 

Non-linear viscous dampers located at the top of the hotel tower help dampen some of the wind sway due to powerful winds off the Pacific Ocean. Completed in January 2001, the tower is the first skyscraper in the 21st century to be completed in the city.

 

The Spa, located in the Sports Club/LA, is accessed from the fourth floor of the Hotel.
